Erica launched Capital Creative Spirits in October 2025, bringing together her joy for creativity and the teamwork skills honed during a career at the U.S. State Department.
Erica started her public service journey in 2011. She built a career around helping others address conduct issues and navigate conflict with fairness, care, and compassion. She finds fulfillment engaging teams and rallying people around a shared purpose.
In July 2025, Erica leaned into her lifelong passion for creativity. What began as a personal creative outlet quickly grew into daily sources of energy and inspiration - and evolved into Capital Creative Spirits.
